Location : Brazil / Mexico – Working Hours : 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm (EST)

What You’ll Do :

• Production Support : Troubleshooting issues on Comparative Rater vendor platforms and Download to maintain seamless operations.
• Collaboration : Working closely with Distribution Teams, IT, and external vendors to align on solutions and improvements.
• Enhancements & Development : Driving service enhancements and supporting the launch of new products on the Comparative Rater and Download platform.
• Download Services : Facilitating the delivery of policy transaction details to agents via their agency management systems, enabling effective customer service.
