We're hiring: Head of HR (LATAM) — São Paulo (On-site) At Excent Capital, we're building a high-performance, globally minded team. We're a global investment broker with 7 years in the market, international presence, and offices in London, Brazil, Mexico, Seychelles, and St. Vincent. We're growing fast and opening space for people who want to build a real career — with pace, ownership, and a strong results culture. About the role This is a LATAM leadership position with real impact. You'll play a key role in shaping company culture, improving employee engagement, and supporting business goals — while restructuring and leading HR end-to-end. What you'll do Lead Recruitment & Selection (end-to-end) Strengthen employee relations and organizational climate Build and run performance management (processes + evaluation metrics) Drive training & development Manage benefits administration Ensure labor law compliance across all countries where we operate What we're looking for Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 5+ years of HR leadership experience with strong LATAM exposure Hands-on experience implementing HR processes across multiple countries Proven end-to-end hiring leadership in Mexico and Brazil (mandatory, no exceptions) Strong project management skills: able to run multiple initiatives and handle competing priorities What we offer PJ model + competitive compensation Health insurance TotalPass Apple equipment Parking Performance-based bonus Location: Berrini, São Paulo — 100% on-site Hours: Mon–Thu 09:00–17:30 | Fri 09:00–13:00 Ready to shape culture at scale?
