Program Manager

The Opportunity We're seeking a motivated Program Manager to lead the discovery, development, and delivery of innovative products to support our B2B and B2C customers. You will partner closely with engineering, design, user experience, merchandising and sales to determine the product vision and prioritize initiatives to successfully meet deliverables.

What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end development of new products for B2B and B2C customers.

Drive go-to-market and adoption strategies for new product launches

Own sprint planning and execution, keeping projects on track and delivering results.

Curate product pitches for circulation and approval across stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

Develop and maintain project roadmaps to be shared company-wide, providing visibility into priorities, timelines, and progress.

Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, PRDs, and user stories.

Monitor and report on product performance metrics to guide ongoing improvements.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of experience in product management or related technical role.

2+ years of experience in taking products from conception to launch.

Ability to communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management and influence product-shaping decisions.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to operate in a constantly evolving environment.

Proven track record of leading sprint cycles and successfully driving project completion.

Experience writing product requirements, PRDs, or user stories

Bonus Points

Experience in Jira, Confluence, Figma, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics

Ability to support corporate IT operations including access and security controls

Project management certification
