Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify products received or scheduled to arrive, taking into account collection locations, available vehicles and deadlines for carrying out activities;
• Make requests and monitor the availability of vehicles with transport companies;
• Send, in accordance with SLA, reports on the movement of material for industrialization and monitor the return of empty containers.
• Be aware of shipments in progress and scheduled for the following periods, making it possible to inform internal customers (IS and RSMs) of the status of receipts;
• Have access to the electronic files necessary for better planning of material receipts, updating and / or ensuring adequate updating also by third parties.
• Maintain direct and assertive communication with internal / external customers and others involved in the activities of transporting, receiving and sending documents;

Required :

• Degree in Administration, Logistics or Engineering;
• Advanced English;
• Experience in cargo planning and inbound / outbound logistics;
• Advanced Excel;
• Analytical sense and systemic vision;
• Organization;
• Good relationship;
• Good communication;
• Assessment of priorities supported by data;

Desirable :

• ERP user (preferably SAP B1).
