With a focus on innovation, flexibility, and performance, they are expanding their footprint in Latin America , particularly Brazil – one of the most exciting regulated markets in the world.

The Role :

We’re seeking a Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with a strong background in B2B iGaming sales and a deep network within the Brazilian operator ecosystem . The ideal candidate will have proven success driving new business, building strategic relationships, and closing high-value platform deals.

This is a high-impact position for a commercially driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a rapidly scaling international brand.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, engage, and convert new operator clients within Brazil and broader LatAm markets.
  • Leverage existing relationships to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Account Management, Marketing) to ensure tailored solutions for each client.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments in Brazil.

Requirements :

  • Proven B2B sales experience within the iGaming industry (Platform / Aggregator / PAM / Turnkey Solutions preferred).
  • Strong network of operator contacts within the Brazilian iGaming market.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
  • Commercially minded, strategic, and target-driven with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter comfortable working remotely or independently.
  • Based in Brazil or willing to travel regularly across the region.
