Customer Re-Engagement Specialist (Remote – Brazil | Curitiba Preferred)

Are you warm, empathetic, and great at connecting with people?

We’re looking for a Customer Re-Engagement Specialist to join our team at Elite Virtual Assistance (EVA) , supporting one of our U.S.-based clients — a fast-growing healthy food plan company that prepares fresh, delicious, chef-crafted meals using high-quality ingredients designed to make eating healthy both easy and enjoyable.

In this role, you’ll focus on reaching out to former customers — those who recently canceled or haven’t ordered in a while — to learn about their experience and help re-introduce them to the brand they once loved. Through friendly phone calls and text conversations , you’ll find out why they started, why they stopped, and how we can welcome them back.

This is not a hard-sales position — it’s about genuine connection, empathy, and helping people rediscover something that fits their lifestyle.

What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to former customers by phone and text to understand their experience and encourage them to re-order.
  • Listen carefully to feedback and note key reasons for cancellations or satisfaction.
  • Share updates about new menus, offers, or improvements to re-ignite customer interest.
  • Maintain detailed records of conversations and customer insights in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify common trends and suggest improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent English fluency – both written and spoken.
  • A friendly, patient, and professional communication style (never pushy).
  • Strong listening and conversational skills; able to make people feel heard and valued.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-through.
  • Prior customer service, retention, or call center experience is a plus.
  • Location & Schedule

  • Remote position – Brazil (Curitiba preferred)
  • Full-time, U.S. business hours (Eastern Time)
  • Compensation
