What You'll Do :

• Administrative support : training agenda management, booking rooms, managing vendors, creating business processes, and events logistics for training and meetings;
• Help analyze data to improve sales strategies and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Support the execution of sales campaigns, pricing updates, and promotional activities;
• Track and follow up on leads and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date;
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback;
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery to clients;
