About the role :

We’re looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to build and scale the internal tools, environments, and systems that keep our product and teams running smoothly. You’ll work at the intersection of development, infrastructure, and automation—designing solutions that boost productivity, streamline operations, and support rapid growth.

You’ll join our engineering team to architect internal systems, developer tools, and simulations for third-party integrations. You’ll collaborate closely with product, support, and backend teams to make sure our platform is reliable, scalable, and easy to build on.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement internal DevOps tools and automation systems
• Develop and maintain configuration management systems for multiple environments
• Create and maintain simulation environments for third-party integrations
• Build and improve developer productivity tools and extensions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address platform needs
• Contribute to the architecture and design of internal tools and systems
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
• Create a layered permissions Admin Panel to automate common support requests
• Create a reporting framework to query system data for financial and operational reports
