We are one of the most prestigious business and technology companies in Latin America, with a specialized methodology and technical team in automation and Hyperautomation.We are looking for an IDP Consultant to join our team and deliver end-to-end IDP solutions.

You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze document requirements, design extraction strategies, configure IDP platforms, and orchestrate document workflows, including human-in-the-loop validation.What You'll Do

• Analyze documents and business requirements to define extraction feasibility and development effort.
• Design and architect IDP solutions, including document classification, labeling strategies, extraction rules, NLP / ML models, and workflow design.
• Build and manage workflows including validation and human-in-the-loop activities.
• Conduct testing, performance evaluation, and quality assurance of extraction models.
• Fine-tune classifiers, rules, and ML models to improve accuracy and meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.What We're Looking For
• Hands-on experience delivering IDP projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of document extraction techniques, like extraction rules, NLP, deep learning etc.
• Experience with IDP solutions design, architecture, and workflow definition.
• Familiarity with IDP tools such as UiPath Document Understanding, Kofax / Tungsten, Amazon Textract, Google Document AI, Microsoft AI Builder / Document Intelligence.
• Experience with ABBYY Vantage / FlexiCapture is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python) for customization and integration.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
