Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads via phone or Zoom

Help clients understand their options and choose the best policy

Follow a proven sales process using our training and tools

Set and hit personal production goals

Deliver excellent service and follow up with clients

Stay coachable and plugged into weekly training

What You Need :

Self-motivation and discipline to work from home

A willingness to learn and apply feedback

Ability to get a life insurance license quickly if you don't already have one

A quiet, professional workspace and internet access
