Strong knowledge of coding, architecture, and design patterns. Prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and / or Spanish. Ability to conduct structured and unbiased evaluations. Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled interviews. Role Overview
We are seeking Freelance Technical Interviewers from the LATAM region across multiple technology domains. As an interviewer, you will leverage your technical expertise to evaluate candidates’ problem-solving abilities, coding skills, and overall fit.
This is a freelance, remote role with a per-interview payment structure and flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured technical interviews online across various technology roles.
- Evaluate candidates on coding, design principles, architecture, and problem-solving.
- Provide fair, unbiased, and detailed assessments of candidate performance.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and interview best practices.
- Collaborate with the Flocareer team to continuously improve interview frameworks.
