Our Creative Specialists are the first touchpoint for customers, turning curiosity into orders.Why you'll love this role : you'll join a fast-growing global team, hit sales targets, and empower customers to improve their manufacturing capabilities through our platform.What You'll DoConnect with inbound leads and uncover customer goals through curiosity-driven conversations.Guide customers through design, pricing, and production options with confidence and creativity.Manage pipeline in HubSpot with speed, accuracy, and ownership.Handle objections and position THE / STUDIO as the best alternative to "cheap but risky" sourcing options.Collaborate with the Sales Team Lead and Manager to improve processes and hit team-wide revenue goals.Act as the bridge between customers and Production / Design teams to ensure smooth orders and accurate design execution.Oversee product tracking, delivery, and post-sales support, building long-term customer relationships.Consistently meet KPIs and sales targets while driving repeat business.Maintain accurate daily reports and trackers for alignment and accountability.Within the Role – Timeline MilestonesWithin 1 month : learn THE / STUDIO's value proposition, get integrated with the team, and close your first inbound deal.Within 3 months : proactively offer customers custom options, maintain CRM hygiene, and support design processes.Within 6 months : identify new tools / methods, build a list of repeat customers, and aim for strong year-end performance and potential promotion.What We're Looking For2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience (recent).
Experience in product sales, ideally in high-velocity or SMB markets.Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1 minimum).
Coachable, curious, and resilient—able to adapt quickly.High energy, professional communication style, and strong video presence.Passion for sales and interest in the apparel or manufacturing industry.Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and comfort collaborating with design teams.Organized digital presence (LinkedIn, CRM, calendar); HubSpot familiarity is a plus.Self-starter, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.Comfortable working remotely with a reliable setup and availability for US hours (PST).
