We’re looking for a versatile Recruitment Consultant based in Brazil to lead and grow our established offshore recruitment division. This is a true 360° role : you’ll be winning new clients, shaping vacancy briefs, sourcing global talent, managing interviews, and closing placements that make a real impact.

You’ll join a collaborative, international team with colleagues in the UK, South Africa, and Brazil, using the best recruiter tools (including ’s premium suite) to partner with loyal clients and engage top-tier candidates.

What we’re looking for :

• Experienced recruiter, confident across the full recruitment cycle
• Fluent English (as a first or second language) – essential for client communication
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow and lead
• Strong relationship builder with clients and candidates alike
• Based in Brazil (remote or hybrid flexibility)
