Tutors / Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Location : Remote
Working Hours : Minimum 20 hours per week, with 4 hours overlap with PST
About the Role
We are seeking highly qualified Tutors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to join an innovative project focused on AI learning and academic content development .
In this role, you’ll use your expertise in STEM , Social Sciences , or Humanities to design, evaluate, and review educational materials that help train and refine advanced AI language models .
Your insights will directly influence how AI understands, reasons, and responds to complex academic questions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create well-structured, graduate-level tasks, problem sets, and prompts in your field of expertise.
- Review and evaluate AI-generated content for factual accuracy, depth, and academic rigor.
- Identify reasoning errors in AI responses and provide expert corrections.
- Develop clear and verifiable assessment questions for elementary to high school levels.
- Maintain organized records of all work, feedback, and task evaluations.
Languages & Locations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, or Postdoctoral in a relevant academic discipline.Minimum 2 years of professional or teaching / tutoring experience .Strong subject knowledge in STEM , Social Sciences , or Humanities .Excellent academic writing and analytical reasoning skills.Proven ability to design and evaluate structured educational content .Preferred Skills
Prior experience with content evaluation , curriculum design , or education technology .Familiarity with AI tools , research writing , or data-driven learning models .Ability to manage deadlines in a flexible, remote environment.Benefits
