KYC Specialist（remote）

Responsibilities :

Conduct international verification case reviews, including individual and corporate verifications. Review and confirm the results of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and economic sanctions blacklist screenings. Coordinate with other departments on KYC / CDD-related workflows and process daily applications. Assist in optimizing the global customer KYC / CDD process. Analyze KYC vendor review situations and seek better solutions. Assist in monitoring the daily status of KYC / CDD and check the system's operation. Conduct research on the KYC / CDD regulatory requirements and documentation for different countries and complete the research report. Assist in the implementation of AML policies and other policies involving KYC / CDD. Responsible for dealing with difficult KYC problems related to Portuguese, Spanish if applicable. Support the Team Leader in completing other related tasks.

Position Requirements :

A bachelor's degree or higher in finance, law, economics, auditing, languages or related fields from a full-time university program (preference for graduates from internationally renowned universities). Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred. At least two years of experience in KYC / CDD or other compliance-related roles within banks, securities, or other financial institutions is preferred. Proficiency in English, with the ability to use English as a working language. Portuguese or Spanish is the native language. Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering and international economic sanctions theories; CAMS certification is a plus. A stable personality with a strong sense of compliance and responsibility, strong learning and stress tolerance abilities, good communication skills, meticulous work, high enthusiasm, and a sense of responsibility. Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in using office software such as Excel, Word, PPT.
