About the Company : Burning Rock Dx. (NASDAQ : BNR) was founded in 2014 and specialized in providing Next- Generation Sequencing (NGS) products and services to support the whole process of the precision medicine development cycle. Burning Rock Dx. is headquartered in Guangzhou, China, and has precision medicine laboratories and offices in Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, and US California, employing more than 1,000 people worldwide. Its business currently covers over 30 provinces and autonomous regions in China, the United States and Europe.

About the Role :

The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities of the organization and drive the sales business. They play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business. This individual will also be responsible for managing marketing and customer service activities.

Responsibilities :

• Actively prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities within specified potential new and / or existing customers in LATAM market;
• Develop new business and regulatory plan for the LATAM market, and achieve operation plan objectives;
• Identify opportunities from marketing leads, communicating with and managing local business partners;
• Understanding the market information and reporting to company headquarter in a timely manner;
• Collaborate with other departments to set up necessary operational process for the LATAM market;
• Building up the brand awareness of the company and its product solutions in the LATAM market;

Provide excellent customer service by following through with prompt solutions to all customer inquiries.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in BD, or sales function for molecular pathology, or IVD related product market;
• BS or MS degree in Life & Science, Molecular Pathology or Clinical Medicine, MBA and / or PhD a plus;
• Good knowledge about local molecular pathology market, International and multi- cultural experience is preferred;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to think strategically and creatively while executing methodically with high attention to details and operational excellence;
• Energetic with strong motivation to find new business opportunity speedy;
• Familiar with the business model of selling imported products / services in the Middle east;

Fluent in working English.
