Manufacturing Engineering Analyst – Focus on Industrial Engineering

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields

Languages : Advanced English

Desired Experience : Knowledge of exhaust systems

Key tasks include :

• Involvement from the beginning to the end of the project;
• Verification of space and positioning required on the shop floor and recommendation of the best location for new projects;
• Assist the Continuous Improvement and Production teams with the customer logistics concept (e.g., JIT, JIS, one-piece flow, etc.) for new projects and series production;
• Coordinate Simultaneous Engineering layout meetings for new projects and series production;
• Analyze and ensure that the layout meets escape route requirements, occupational safety regulations, and ergonomic needs;
• Support the Purchasing area in the development of process packaging and customer packaging;
• Assist Product Engineering in the receipt, allocation, and installation of machines and equipment in the layout;
• Define and design the optimal material flow;
• Determine the final space required on the shop floor and any expansion or construction needs;
• Support dynamic material flow analysis based on VSM and line complexity (identify bottleneck stations);
• Develop and present different layout concepts for the production line;
• Support Continuous Improvement teams in activities related to plant layout;
• Support the engineering team in routine management in SAP;
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the plant's capacity control;
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the electronic OEE and productivity monitoring system;
• Support the engineering team in the execution and implementation of production documents.
