Position Overview:

Were seeking a self-directed, experienced Full Stack Developer to help us build and scale features in our internal web application. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an independent setting, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and is comfortable taking ownership of full-stack development tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain key features in our web application, including gamified functionality such as badges and streaks.
• Contribute to onboarding efforts by integrating systems of record and loading user data for new locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Collaborate on technical design decisions and implement backend changes as needed without oversight.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in React (v19+), TypeScript, and Next.js (v15+), including hooks and app router architecture.
• Strong experience with Python and FastAPI for backend development.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database design.
• Comfortable making independent architecture decisions and driving technical improvements.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working in early-stage or lean teams.
• A background in building internal tools or admin dashboards.
• Familiarity with gamified user experiences or performance engagement features.
