Order Processing :

Create quotes for spares, accessories and service support

Book spares (direct customer, to engineer, etc.)

Direct and guide customers to use e-store

PC Skills :

Is proficient with Windows, MSOffice

Sufficient IT knowledge to be able to use company's management systems & CRM systems

Focus Activity :

Invoicing customer support interventions and contracts

Manage warehouse

Manage new product installation

Manage renewal contracts-Follow dashboard up

Promote sales of contracts

Manage installation dashboard.

Credit memo creation

Monitor and Process all new CSE Parts Orders

Ensure Parts Order dates align with Priority and update as necessary

Coordinate shipments with local warehouse and / or supply center

Clear Invoice Boomi Errors

Enforce relevant SOPs with internal staff

Follow Priority Matrix to ensure cases are correctly prioritized according to SLA

Attempt Live Transfer for all emergency calls to technical team

Collect Intermediary information from customer and process in exiger

Coordinate with finance to determine customer credit worthiness and relay

information accordingly

New vendor and supplier forms

Monitor orderbook report and inform customer of any updates

Send maintenance kits

Receive customer system

Follow warranty sell contract

Follow contracts and renewal

Dispatch cases from DCET and answer to cases

Shipping back to the supply centre

Invoicing customer support interventions and contracts

Independent professional

Independent in problem solving, priority setting and optimizing solutions

Act as troubleshooter for junior colleagues

Communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines

Commercial insight (sales support) :

Lead generation and promote sales contract

Sale and follow warranty and renewal, follow dashboard up

Need to provide high quality information to customers, CS team and supply chain

Education, skills, and working experience :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or related areas)

Strong analytical capabilities and organizing skills

Achieves customer intimacy

Excellent understanding of the English language (verbal and written) - Spanish desirable

Able to work with all BI and ERP tools

Working knowledge of ERP systems

Typically 5 years or more experience in similar function
