Role Overview

Frenzy AI — one of the fastest-growing Shopify personalization platforms — is seeking an experienced Shopify Front-End Developer to build fast, dynamic, and personalized eCommerce experiences.

In this role, you\'ll work on high-impact projects like customizing Shopify themes, building headless storefronts using Hydrogen, and developing internal dashboards and admin tools in React and TypeScript.

You\'ll join a product-focused, remote team where clean code, performance, and collaboration are key.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain high-performance frontend applications for eCommerce storefronts and internal dashboards

Customize Shopify themes using Liquid and jQuery

Develop headless storefronts using Shopify Hydrogen and Storefront API

Build TypeScript-based interfaces for analytics dashboards and admin tools

Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to ship features quickly

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across devices and platforms

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

4+ yrs professional experience

Requirements

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript

Deep experience with React and modern frontend workflows

Experience working with Shopify Liquid and customizing Shopify themes

Hands-on experience with Shopify Hydrogen and headless commerce

Familiarity with Shopify Storefront API

Experience using jQuery for legacy or theme-based customizations

Built and maintained dashboards or admin tools using TypeScript + React

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles

Git workflow, CI / CD familiarity, and agile development practices

Nice to Have

Experience working in or with eCommerce companies

Familiarity with analytics dashboards, BI tools, or data visualization

Performance optimization for storefronts (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse)
