Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world.Location : Brazil / Mexico – Working Hours : 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm (EST)What You'll Do : Production Support : Troubleshooting issues on Comparative Rater vendor platforms and Download to maintain seamless operations.Collaboration : Working closely with Distribution Teams, IT, and external vendors to align on solutions and improvements.Enhancements & Development : Driving service enhancements and supporting the launch of new products on the Comparative Rater and Download platform.Download Services : Facilitating the delivery of policy transaction details to agents via their agency management systems, enabling effective customer service.RequirementsExperience :
