THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Sales Operations Analyst to our Global Sales Operations team in São Paulo!

The Sales Operations Analyst will play a crucial support role in ensuring the Sales Team can effectively utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to drive performance. This role is designed to provide direct assistance with Salesforce operations, including training, onboarding, troubleshooting support, and data management. As the main point of contact for the Partnership Team on primarily Salesforce-related matters, the analyst will collaborate closely with other departments, particularly Product Development, to resolve issues and optimize the platform's use.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Salesforce Support: Act as the first point of contact for the Partnership Team regarding Salesforce-related questions, troubleshooting bugs, and resolving user issues. Collaboration with Product Development will be essential for addressing more complex technical problems.
  • Training & Onboarding: Develop and deliver training materials, conduct live sessions, and onboard new Salesforce users. This will ensure that the Partnership Team is continuously updated on how to best use the platform and its tools.
  • Salesforce Data Management: Provide support for bulk data uploads (e.g., new account information) and ensure that Salesforce data remains accurate and organized.
  • Sales Enablement: Work with the Partnership Teams to ensure that they are fully supported in leveraging Salesforce to enhance productivity and use the tool in the right way. This includes troubleshooting and making sure the team has access to the right tools and resources.
  • Feedback for Salesforce Improvements: While not focused on system development, the analyst will be expected to contribute valuable feedback on Salesforce functionality based on the team's needs and challenges, helping to inform future improvements and changes.
  • Report and Dashboard Support: Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards within Salesforce, ensuring that sales performance metrics and business insights are easily accessible to the team.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Must reside in São Paulo.
  • Availability to go to the office.
  • Previous experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role, preferably with exposure to Salesforce and working with sales teams.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and the role of technology in supporting sales teams.
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM tool.
  • Mandatory fluency in English.
