We are looking for a proactive and organized intern to join the Kwai Shop Incubation team. In this role, you will support the onboarding and growth of new merchants on the platform, assisting with training initiatives, data analysis, and engagement strategies. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, operations, and digital strategy within a fast-paced global environment.
Responsibilities Support the onboarding of new merchants, from strategic planning to the execution of online and in-person training sessions. Assist in creating educational materials and engagement campaigns to ensure clear and effective communication with sellers. Analyze seller feedback and help translate insights into actionable projects that improve the merchant experience. Monitor KPIs and OKRs to ensure performance goals are met, focusing on seller growth and operational excellence. Support the implementation of growth and training strategies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives on the platform.
Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Interest in e-commerce and digital growth strategies. Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn. Familiarity with data analysis and content creation tools is a plus.
Nice to Have Previous experience in customer support or digital platform operations. Intermediate English. Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage, given collaboration with global teams.
