As an operations specialist, you will monitor ongoing deliveries and assist delivery drivers and shippers over the phone and live chat.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Being able to work based on the Eastern US time zone (EDT)
- Experience in logistics, courier operations, call center, or customer support
