Role Overview :

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support the rapid growth of our clinics and ensure that our teams reflect Rio Laser's culture of excellence and professionalism.

This role will be key in building strong recruitment pipelines, maintaining compliance with U.S. employment standards, and supporting a positive, high-performance environment across all units.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinic staff (front desk, laser technicians, managers).

Oversee onboarding, training coordination, and retention strategies.

Support leadership with performance evaluations, compensation reviews, and internal communications.

Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws, payroll procedures, and company policies.

Partner with clinic managers to maintain a consistent culture and employee engagement.

Implement HR systems, policies, and metrics to sustain operational growth.

Assist in building the employer brand for Rio Laser in the U.S. market.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in HR or talent management (preferably in retail, beauty, or healthcare sectors).

Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bilingual (English / Portuguese or Spanish) preferred.
