Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across B2C and B2B channels, continuously identifying new markets and opportunities.
- Lead email marketing initiatives : design flows, build automations, optimize newsletters and deliverables to drive engagement and conversions.
- Plan and run digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms, testing, learning and scaling successful tactics.
- Create case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities and pitch bold ideas to expand the company’s reach.
- Collaborate directly with the founder to align marketing efforts with company goals, while maintaining a high level of autonomy and accountability.
Qualifications
Analytical mindset with strong data and automation skills.Creative copywriting ability and structured problem‑solving approach.Experience in email marketing, digital advertising, or related growth roles.Fast‑moving, collaborative, and driven by execution and impact.Comfortable with remote work and limited internal meetings (≈2–3 hours per week).Contract Details
