The right candidate thrives in dynamic environments, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with autonomy and responsibility.You'll be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.ResponsibilitiesAct as a proactive and communicative professional focused on Hiring, talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.Engage with business needs, maintain autonomy, and communicate with stakeholders as needed.Collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to process improvements.Support HR and operations activities and help scale capabilities as part of a growing team.QualificationsMust-haves : English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.Nice-to-haves : Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree; soft skills : proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.Compensation and benefitsAs Contractor (PJ), you will have : Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (possibility of increasing to R$5k after 6 months).
