Responsibilities include delivering pre-sales and post-sales support, conducting product presentations and customer training, and ensuring seamless integration of Quectel modules into customer applications.

The SW FAE will act as a key technical liaison between customers and Quectel, offering timely solutions, developing demo applications, and supporting business growth through strong technical engagement.

The position requires frequent travel across Latin America and effective communication in both Portuguese and English.Responsibilities : Provide technical support for Quectel's product portfolios, including 5G, LTE / LTE-A, UMTS / HSPA, GSM / GPRS, and GNSS wireless technologies, with a focus on Linux and Android systems.Offer pre-sales and post-sales technical support and customer training on Quectel wireless modules and development tools.Respond quickly to customer technical inquiries and be prepared to travel for on-site support.Give product presentations and conduct training sessions for customers on-site.Provide feedback and feasible solutions to customers based on their applications.Develop demo applications to facilitate customer evaluation and integration of Quectel modules.Perform other duties as required.Requirements : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer, Automation, Electronics & Communication, or related IT fields.3-7 years of experience in embedded systems, IoT solutions, or telecommunications.Deep technical knowledge in Android, Linux, and other embedded programming languages.Experience with cellular technologies (5G, LTE / LTE-A, UMTS / HSPA, GSM / GPRS, GNSS) and IoT ecosystems.Willingness to travel extensively across Latin America for customer support and promotion.Proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an asset.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation Technology and Customer ServiceIndustriesEmbedded Software Products, Mobile Computing Software Products, and Social Networking PlatformsReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Quectel by 2x.Set up job alerts for "Field Application Engineer" roles.
