Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with extensive ITOM experience to lead the development and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related ITOM modules. Must be able to work in fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow ITOM solutions including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Lead development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Provide solutions that utilize most out of the box features without requiring customizations. Facilitate the reuse of code, components, and proven patterns; Influence common modeling, design, and coding practices.
• Perform upgrade testing by validating customizations, configurations, and integrations across major and minor ServiceNow releases.
• Develop and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites to validate core ServiceNow functionalities, ensuring stability and reducing manual regression efforts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
• Maintain documentation for development and configuration.
