What you'll Do :

Review documents and information provided by merchants to ensure accuracy before the store goes live.

Upload and verify merchant account details, ensuring all information is complete, correct, and efficiently processed.

Check merchant qualifications according to company rules.

Review other applications submitted by business colleagues or merchants.

Organize and manage store photo-taking services.

Work according to a shift schedule (5x2), including night shifts and weekends.

Collaborate with Operations, Product, and other relevant teams to support merchant onboarding and resolve related issues.

What we need from You :

Responsible and reliable, willing to work hard to achieve team goals.

Eager to learn, open to new things, and able to adapt to changes.

Good communication skills, a team player, and willing to grow together with others.

Portuguese speaker, fluent in both spoken and written Portuguese. sales support is a plus (training will be provided).

Willing and able to work according to a shift schedule (5x2), including night shifts and weekends.

Able to work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak periods, and handle handovers and transitions between teams smoothly.

Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail in managing shift tasks and onboarding processes.
