The Operations Analyst takes care of all Professional Services Operations within salesforce.com's Strategic Services Consulting.
The position requires skill in understanding the fundamental drivers of success in the business, in conducting analysis and driving process, compliance, and policy for delivery consultants and delivery leadership.Key Accountabilities (Impact)Work Closely with the regional operations team to provide guidance on policy and process knowledge of the regionBecome a subject matter expert on Professional Services Enterprise (PSA tool)Understand who the stakeholders are and build relationships with themProvide guidance and support to the Sales teams when they have questions regarding invoicing process in completing SOWs and other bookings' related informationProject data compliance to ensure smooth billings every monthIdentify and organize subject matter experts to support change management requirements gatheringCreate and deliver succinct, professional written and oral presentations to internal stakeholders at all levelsApply a global mindset to all project planning efforts to ensure initiatives align organizationallyBasic Requirements2+ yrs in related experienceExperience with a major CRM system is a plusPrior experience with financial and quantitative concepts.Excellent written business communication and verbal presentation skillsExcellent time management and prioritization skillsWorking conditionsRole requires occasional travel mainly within the country / global.
