CX Travel Specialist (Night Shift) We are looking for a

CX Travel Specialist

to join our Customer Experience (CX) team. The ideal candidate is experienced with Amadeus and corporate travel management to support our global clients during night shifts.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage bookings for flights, hotels, and car rentals via Amadeus and other tools.
• Handle client requests, changes, and special services via WhatsApp and email.
• Process exchanges, refunds, EMDs, and monitor itineraries proactively.
• Support VIP and C-level travelers with high-touch, discreet service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.

Terms of Employment : Employment under

CLT (Brazilian Labor Laws) . Remote work arrangement, with a 44-hour workweek. Flexibility to travel domestically within Brazil and internationally to locations where bTd operates. This position is required or night shift and weekends, with flexibility. Excels in remote work for a global hybrid startup, combining tech-driven travel solutions with personalized services.

Compensation : Competitive base salary. Night shift extra hours Performance-based bonuses and monthly premiums based on achieving KPIs. Sales commissions for achieving and exceeding targets.
