We are expanding into new markets and industries and are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead business development efforts and secure new opportunities to fuel our growth.Role OverviewAs Uptalent.io's Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and executing strategies to drive revenue growth.

You will focus on both outbound and inbound initiatives, independently creating and managing efforts that generate leads and turn prospects into long-term clients.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development : Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching markets, analyzing trends, and targeting high-value prospects across industriesClient Acquisition : Manage the entire sales cycle, from generating and nurturing leads to closing deals, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clientsStrategic Partnerships : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers to expand Uptalent.io's reach and visibilityData-Driven Growth : Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategies and continuously optimize growth effortsCross-Functional Collaboration : Work with leadership and operations teams to align growth initiatives with overall company goals and ensure a high-quality client experienceOutbound and Inbound Strategies : Outbound : Execute cold outreach, personalized emails, and networking campaigns to generate qualified leadsInbound : Develop and implement content marketing, lead nurturing, and referral programs to attract and convert clientsGoal Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for revenue, client acquisition, and market penetrationRequirementsProven experience in business development, sales, or growth-focused roles in B2B services, with a strong record of driving client acquisitionHands-on experience with outbound strategies, including prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship buildingAbility to create and execute inbound strategies, such as content creation, email campaigns, and lead nurturingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and build lasting relationshipsStrong analytical skills and experience using CRM systems to track and manage pipelinesSelf-motivated and capable of independently developing and executing growth strategies in a remote-first environmentPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of staffing, outsourcing, or remote talent solutions is a plus but not requiredFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, such as email automation, SEO, or social media, is advantageousBenefitsWhat We Offer : Monthly compensation in USD.
