This role offers significant growth potential into full technical leadership responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesHands-on DevelopmentDesign, build, and maintain scalable software solutions using a modern tech stack (Python, React, Tailwind CSS, Postgresql, Django, Docker)Collaborate with the team to optimize our AWS cloud platform, leveraging services like Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, and ECS / EKS to ensure scalability, reliability, and to automate operational managementImplement and improve CI / CD pipelines, ensuring smooth, automated deployments that support development velocityContribute to the development of microservices architectures and API designs that improve system maintainability and separation of concernWork closely with the development, product and infrastructure team members to ensure that the platform evolves according to business needs and product visionTechnical Leadership (Long-Term Growth)Guide Technical Direction – Own and drive architectural decisions, establish technical standards, and ensure the platform evolves to support scalability, security, and performance goals.
