Lead Technical Strategist : Oversee the technical direction of our classic desktop applications while guiding the M365 migration strategy.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team mentorship during a pivotal transformation period.Direct daily operations and coordinate work across a distributed team (multiple time zones).

Lead release management and escalation handling for enterprise customers.Conduct performance reviews, career development, and team capacity planning.Mentor engineers, provide coaching, and support professional growth.Participate in recruiting and hiring for desktop development and enterprise integration roles.Collaborate with product management to refine requirements and prioritize work.Facilitate technical discussions, architecture decisions, and cross-team collaboration.Manage customer relationships and provide technical leadership during escalations.Define architectural designs for desktop-to-cloud migration.Build compliance frameworks for enterprise security.Design backward compatibility strategies during platform transitions.Implement performance monitoring and reporting systems.Plan technical debt reduction while ensuring production stability.Develop API integration patterns for enterprise platform services.Develop and maintain desktop applications using C# / .

NET, WPF, and Win32.Build Office Add-ins (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for enterprise integration.Architect email client solutions with advanced features (e.g., encryption, folder mapping).

Implement file synchronization, document import / export, and installer systems (MSI, WiX).

Integrate authentication (OAuth 2.0, SAML, Azure AD) and enterprise security features.Optimize multi-threaded applications for high-volume document processing.Work with REST APIs and cloud services for connectivity.Maintain legacy codebases while guiding modernization efforts.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.7+ Years of experience working in Windows desktop development with C# / .

NET (Framework and Core / 5+), including hands-on work with WPF, WinForms, or Win32 APIs.3+ Years of experience building Microsoft Office integrations (VSTO, COM Interop, or Office Add-ins for Word, Excel, Outlook).3+ Years of experience working with enterprise authentication systems such as OAuth 2.0, SAML, and Azure Active Directory.3+ Years of experience working with email protocols (IMAP, SMTP, Exchange Web Services, Microsoft Graph).3+ Years of experience working in team leadership / management, leading at least 5 engineers, including mentoring, code reviews, and performance management.2+ Years of experience working with installer / deployment technologies (WiX, MSI, or MSIX).

Cloud integration experience (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable).

Office 365 / Microsoft 365 add-in development.Enterprise security implementations such as S / MIME, encryption, or digital signatures.Experience with document management system integrations.Experience with high-volume file processing and synchronization systems.Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients.
