About the Role

Indigo Beam is seeking a  seasoned GIS Technology Architect  to lead the architecture and delivery of large-scale geospatial solutions using the Esri technology stack. This is a hands-on position, combining deep technical work with strategic architectural leadership.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in designing and deploying enterprise GIS infrastructure and applications, using Microsoft .NET, JavaScript, and Esri tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement complex GIS solutions using Esri and Microsoft technologies
• Lead end-to-end solution design :  infrastructure, application, data integration, and DevOps
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of GIS systems
• Define best practices and standards for solution delivery across teams
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams in an Agile environment

Required Skills & Experience : Fluent English BS or MS in Computer Science, GIS, Geography, MIS, or related field 8–12 years of overall experience in GIS, with at least 4 years in architecture roles 8+ years of experience with Esri server technologies 5+ years with Portal for ArcGIS and related Enterprise components 5+ years in Esri JavaScript API 5+ years in ASP.NET MVC / WebAPI (C#) 5+ years in JavaScript and jQuery 3+ years in Angular and / or PrimeNG (other JS frameworks are a plus) 3+ years in Geospatial databases (ArcSDE, Oracle, SQL Server) 2+ years in Python Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies
