Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage the purchasing activities for BIWIN Storage.

The ideal candidate will have experience in electronics or IT hardware procurement, with a focus on cost optimization and supply chain efficiency.

This role is essential in ensuring the timely availability of components and materials needed for our storage products.Key Responsibilities : Supplier Management : Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for components and materialsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure favorable termsPurchase Order Processing : Generate and process purchase orders according to production schedules and inventory requirementsMonitor order status and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveryCost Management : Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to optimize procurement costsRegularly conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for savingsInventory Control : Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levelsMonitor stock levels and initiate purchases to prevent shortages or excess inventoryQuality Assurance : Work with QA department to ensure all purchased materials meet quality standardsManage non-conformance issues with suppliersMarket Research : Stay informed about market trends affecting component availability and pricingAnticipate supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plansDocumentation : Maintain accurate procurement records and update the ERP systemPrepare regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performanceQualifications : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in electronics or IT hardware industryKnowledge of electronic components and storage products preferredExperience with ERP systems and procurement softwareStrong negotiation and analytical skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
