Senior Manager, Digital Marketplace Upraw Media is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Digital Marketplaces.

You are a hands on expert who is results driven with analytical skills to help us grow our premium beauty store.Job Responsibilities Manage all marketplace operations including, but not limited to, inventory planning, listings and catalog management, brand store updates, PDP optimization, account health and other business operationsCross-functional communication between marketplace and internal teams and lead recurring calls as the main account ownerDevelop and execute short- and long-term strategy that will accelerate marketplace growth while maintaining brand equity and profitabilityAssortment, promotions, and pricing strategy development Forecasting needs, revenue planning, and sell in / sell through analysisPlan and execute new product launches, collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholdersMonitor and improve online retailer-specific KPIs, including NetPPM, ASP, buyability, conversion rate, in-stock %, chargebacks, Share of Voice and content complianceCompetitive category insights and analysis using data analysis tools and other competitive insight gathering to identify growth opportunities for Charlotte Tilbury on Digital MarketplaceCollaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to support online retailer merchandising and marketing campaignsMonitor and report on infringements in Brand RegistryPlanning and implement testing strategies (A / B testing) to improve conversion rates and customer retentionRequirements +6 years of experience in digital marketplaces Technical depth in vendor services, including digital merchandising, SEO and conversion optimizationAnalytical skills with experience using data to drive business decisionsExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholdersExperience managing cross-functional teams and leading strategic initiativesAttention to detail, ability to manage multiple projectsStrong forecasting, inventory management, data analytics, P&L development, budget management, merchandising and digital marketing
