Join to apply for the Salesforce Solution Architect - Contracting Technologies (CLM, Contracting AI) role at IQVIAResponsibilities : Lead the design, development, and implementation of Contracting solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on CLM.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct solution architecture reviews and ensure best practices are followed.Integrate Salesforce-based Contracting applications with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and trends in Contracting technologies.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Contracting solutions on Salesforce.Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce and Contracting best practices.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Salesforce and Contracting technologies, including CLM.In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.Strong understanding of Contracting processes and best practices.Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST / SOAP APIs, MuleSoft).

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are a plus.Specific Responsibilities : Oversee TPA, AMA, MyCDA, CLM and DocuSign architecture needsBe the chief technology expert for all these applications
