A Nearshore Onboarding Consultant who implements and supports SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 across adjacent time zones. Owns end-to-end configuration, integrations with EC / Recruiting / payroll , data migration, and user enablement. Works in Provisioning, RBP, and complex business rules ; builds custom processes and notifications; troubleshoots via logs / timestamps. Leverages near-time-zone proximity for real-time collaboration, and delivers secure, fully tested solutions aligned to SAP Activate and localization requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer business needs and translate them into configuration requirements .
- Recommend alternative configuration options when appropriate.
- Plan and execute end-to-end testing to confirm alignment with requirements prior to LoB and customer handoff.
- Set clear expectations on deliverables and timelines, and follow through to completion.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers about configuration issues / challenges to drive a common solution.
- Demo system configurations to customers.
- Manage and prioritize requests from multiple sources (PM, LoB, Offshore).
- Provide clear project status updates to team members.
Requirements
Certifications in Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting, and Employee Central.Module integration & data flow : understand touch points between modules and data movement to downstream systems (e.g., payroll)Security : strong knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP) .Provisioning : activate settings; create and run scheduled jobs.Troubleshooting : diagnose errors using system logs and timestamps .Business rules : ability to understand and create complex business rules .Localization : follow language / translation requirements.Customization : build custom processes, email notifications, and tasks .Forms : map PDF forms to system fields; load and map using a PDF editor.Quality assurance : fully test all configuration before LoB and customer handoff.Methodology & Delivery
