• Document detailed business requirements and collaborate with technical teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for process changes.
• Support stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including testing and adoption.
• Stay updated with industry trends and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
