Operations at TRACTIAN
The operations team is responsible for turning our IoT devices into reality.
We strive to make the impossible possible and are deeply goal-oriented.
We integrate hardware, production, quality, and supply and we're in charge of the whole manufacturing process of our hardware, from the purchase of components to the final adapting of our devices to meet strict international criteria.
What you'll do
As a Senior Logistics Analyst at Tractian, you will take ownership of inbound and internal logistics operations, focusing on material receiving, inventory accuracy, and process improvement.
You will coordinate daily priorities with procurement, quality, and production teams to ensure availability and traceability of materials across all areas.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring key performance indicators, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting operational excellence.
Additionally, you will play a key role in structuring scalable logistics processes and mentoring junior team members, while preparing to take on future leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Manage material receiving processes and ensure accurate posting in SAP B1
Oversee physical and system inventory controls, including cycle counts and adjustments
Monitor internal transfer requests and align priorities with production and quality teams
Identify and report process gaps, planning and leading the implementation of improvements on KPIs and processes
Provide technical support to junior team members when needed
Maintain a strong alignment with procurement, quality, finance, and production for smooth operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or related fields
3+ years of experience in logistics, with emphasis on inbound and inventory control
SAP B1 or other ERP systems previous context
Clear communication and problem-solving mindset
Proactive attitude and sense of ownership
Bonus Points
Analytical thinking and familiarity with scripting logic or programming basics such as javascript, SQL and Big Query
Proficiency on English and Spanish
