This position will be responsible for internal SAP incident management, support in audits, tax configuration (TAXBRA), and basic SAP BASIS activities.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills in SAP ECC / HANA with solid functional knowledge to reduce the company's dependency on external contractors and strengthen its internal SAP capabilities.Responsibilities : Management of SAP incidents opened via service now by SAP usersDevelopment or maintenance of ABAP Z or SAP standard programsOpening incidents for SAP BASIS ITESYS partnerParticipate in internal / external audits, perform SOX / ITCG SAP controls, maintain updated SAP control reportsMaintenance of MM / SD tax tables via TAXBRA, creation of new VAT, support and correction of errors related to TAXBRAMaintenance / Development of general customization via SPRO transaction.Opening incidents on the SAP portal and applying SAP NotesRequirements : Fluent EnglishGraduate or Postgraduate in ITAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA or having participated in SAP S / 4HANA implementationKnowledge of FI TAXBRA (Necessary for Brazilian Tax Reform)Basic Knowledge in SAP BASIS and ABAPBasic knowledge of SAP DRC Brazil OptionKnowledge of Data Governance in SAPFunctional knowledge of the main SAP modules (SD,FI,MM) for incident triage.Nice to haveSAP Certification – OptionalAdvanced knowledge of ABAPHave experience with SAP audits
