We need someone hands-on to run the day-to-day operations that make these flows work.
This role is execution-first : setting up processes, managing integrations, tracking issues, and ensuring our merchants and partners get a smooth experience.What will I be doing?
Own the operational rollout of new crypto flows (off-ramp, payouts, settlements, on-ramp)Manage daily operations with partners (wallets, custodians, processors) including reconciliations, settlements, and troubleshootingTrack and escalate technical or operational issues; work with Product / Tech teams on fixesEnsure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworks across all crypto processesBuild and maintain detailed process documentation and runbooks for scaleSupport internal teams (Commercial, Finance, Treasury, Compliance) with timely operational insightsWhat skills do I need?
2–4 years of experience in fintech, payments, or crypto operationsStrong organizational and problem-solving skills; detail orientation is a mustExperience managing flows such as settlements, reconciliations, or payment processingComfortable working with APIs, dashboards, and transaction data (not engineering, but operationally fluent)Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentWhat do we offer?
