Operations Associate (Entry-Level Project Coordinator / Junior PM)

We're hiring an Operations Associate (ideal for someone with experience as a Project Coordinator, Admin Support, or Junior Project Manager) to join our fast-paced global team.

✨ What You’ll Do

✅ Team Support : Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining sales records.

✅ CRM & Data Management : Ensure client records in HubSpot and other systems are always updated and accurate.

✅ Cross-Department Coordination : Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

✅ Audits & Compliance : Perform daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrity.

✅ Client Interaction : Respond to client inquiries professionally and escalate when necessary.

✅ Reporting & KPIs : Track key metrics , generate reports, and provide data-driven insights .

✅ Presentation & Proposal Support : Help create sales materials for client meetings .

✅ Administrative Assistance : Provide ad-hoc support to ensure operational efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

  • Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills.
  • Extreme attention to detail – accuracy in SOP’s, reporting, and documentation .
  • Strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability & flexibility – comfortable in a growing, evolving company.
  • Experience in sales administration or operations support (preferred).
  • Ideal if you have experience with Notion, Hubspot, Zapier or similar tools
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits

Montly Salary : $1000–$1,500 USD

36 PTOs per year

100% Remote Work – Work from anywhere

⏰ Core Working Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 14 : 00 AM EST (3 hours per day flexible)

Full-time (40 hrs / week) – Immediate Start Available!
