Your role and responsibilities : Ensure SLA adherence and process compliance (ITIL awareness)Mentor and train team membersHandle tickets, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot technical issuesLead installation, configuration, migration, and upgrade activitiesDefine and enforce operational processesMaximize system uptime and manage BASIS activitiesCollaborate with functional teams on cutover strategies and post-implementation supportTechnical Expertise : SAP server installation / configuration (ABAP, Java, ABAP+Java stacks)High Availability setup (Unix / Windows)SAP BASIS server administration and RCA for escalated issuesKickstart environment setup and maintenanceEnd-to-end SAP lifecycle implementations for global clientsSAP version and EHP upgradesPerformance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting across app, DB, and OSStrong understanding of NetWeaver components (EP, PI, BI, ECC, CRM, SRM, SolMan, TREX, MDM)Oracle DB, BRTools, SAP HANA DB, Sybase ASE, Linux / Windows adminAdvanced EnglishSoft Skills : Excellent verbal and written communicationStrong documentation and MS Office skills (Project, Visio)Customer-centric mindset with high adaptabilityAbility to manage unforeseen situations and drive valueAdditional Experience : Production systems and data center operationsServer migration, patching, and upgrade experienceCertifications Preferred : SAP BASIS, NetWeaver, Solution Manager, OS / DB MigrationPlease submit resumé in English.
