ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership and Mentorship : Lead the technical design and architecture of scalable, high-performance systems, mentor engineers, and guide the team in best practices for software development, testing, observability, and code quality.People management : Mentor, coach, and empower engineers; foster professional growth and technical skills.Project management : Keep projects on track and communicate with stakeholders.Collaborative culture : Facilitate code reviews, architecture discussions, and problem-solving sessions; promote inclusivity and collaboration.Roadmapping : Partner with product and research teams to translate requirements into a technical roadmap and break down complex projects into actionable tasks.Algorithm and System Design : Develop efficient algorithms and data structures; contribute hands-on coding and guide the team through challenging technical problems.Research and Innovation : Stay abreast of emerging technologies, encourage research initiatives, and drive experimentation with new tools and technologies.Strategic impact : Shape the direction of projects that require deep algorithmic thinking and advanced system design.Skills and QualificationsExceptional problem-solving skills with a passion for tackling complex, algorithmic challenges.Extensive software development experience with a track record of shipping high-quality products.Familiarity with Rust, Go, or C# is a plus but not mandatory.Mastery of software architecture, design patterns, and system design principles.Experience with distributed systems, networking, or low-level programming is highly advantageous.OpportunitiesCollaborate with leading organizations : Work with developers and organizations in the blockchain space (e.g., Ethereum Foundation, Starknet, Gnosis).
