24, 2025 : Conduct a literature review of current policies, guidance documents, and practices on AI use by countries and implementing agencies, including global and regional government policies, guidance from multilateral institutions, and use in global health.
Highlight sources addressing compliance, privacy, ethics, human-AI collaboration, data management, tradeoffs across current / future LLMs, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.Nov.
7, 2025 : Expert Review & Relevance Check : Submit a draft annotated bibliography or summary of findings for LMH review and participate in a short review call with internal technical leads to validate relevance and completeness.Nov.
14, 2025 : Provide a detailed document with a 2-page synthesis brief of the review, including key takeaways and implications for LMH's programmatic work.Nov.
28, 2025 : Presentation of results to LMH Internal Team : Present findings and the draft policy to LMH leadership and technical teams and gather feedback for incorporation into the final policy.Dec.
