Performance and Planning Analyst

to

be a part of management team

in logistics — ensuring scalability, growth and long-term sustainability.

In this role, you will have a

long term strategy

for our Business Unit.

This professional will be responsible for

defining growth targets, creating performance frameworks, and translating strategic objectives into actionable goals

for clients, carriers, and delivery partners.

Acting as a key partner to leadership, you will provide insights, drive performance discussions, and support data-driven decision-making.

Role Qualifications

Domain Knowledge :

Solid background in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields.

Proven

experience in planning, business performance, or strategy roles

An advanced degree in a

quantitative field is a plus.

Technical Fluency :

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis and modeling tools such as
