Broad experience in cloud implementations & support

Senior resources with hands-to-keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud TAX for Brazil localization

Oracle Cloud tax configuration, calculation, and management of required company registration numbers

Very good understanding of Brazil related localization in Oracle cloudGood-to-Have

Able to work independently with customer

Agile way of workingResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Oracle Cloud Financial Modules – Support

Issue resolution and fix

Collaborate and meeting with users to understand the issue

Work with Oracle on Service request

Work with Global Support team located in India and collaborate for smooth issue resolution
